EMS training

Get an efficient full-body workout with EMS, which activates all the major muscle groups simultaneously. This helps you improve your fitness and increase muscle strength in a more

effective way.

With this groundbreaking EMS technology, you can achieve the same results as a traditional 90-minute workout in just 20 minutes. The impulses from the device are delivered through electrodes on the skin, causing your muscles to contract just as they would with normal movement. The advantage of EMS training is that it activates more muscle fibres than traditional training, providing a more intense and efficient workout experience.

How does EMS training work?

During traditional strength training, the brain sends impulses to specific muscles, causing them to contract. Unfortunately, not all muscles have a strong connection to the brain, making them harder to activate, which can limit their development.

EMS training stimulates all major muscle groups and strengthens the motor nerve connections necessary for muscle movement. By sending electrical impulses directly to these nerves, even muscles with weaker connections are activated.

With EMS training, muscle fibers are activated in a non-linear sequence, leading to a higher intensity from the start. This results in faster muscle fiber development. As you build more active muscle tissue, your energy expenditure increases, meaning you burn more calories even at rest!

Prices and Terms:

  • Trial session: DKK 150 (30 minutes)

  • EMS training: DKK 400 (20 minutes)

Multi-session Passes:

  • 10 x EMS training: DKK 3,000 (20 minutes each)

  • 20 x EMS training: DKK 5,500 (20 minutes each)

Training Apparel and Personal Suit:

  • Training apparel: DKK 1,300 (provided for the trial session)

  • Option to purchase a personal drysuit (price available upon request)

  • Rental of training apparel: DKK 75

Cancellation and Training Policies:

Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise,

you will be charged the full price of the session, and if using a multi-session pass, one

session will be deducted. Cancellations must be made through our booking system.

 

Delays: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and the full price

will apply.




Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins.

Vores tilgang til reformer

Avancerede reformer-maskiner

Vores reformer-maskiner, leveret af Align Pilates, repræsenterer det ypperste inden for branchen. Disse maskiner er designet til at understøtte korrekt krops positionering, samtidig med at de tilbyder modstand, der udfordrer brugeren igennem en varieret serie af øvelser. Disse øvelser kan udføres i flere positioner - liggende, knælende, siddende og stående og tilpasses individuelt efter hver brugers fysiske kapacitet.

Specialiseret udstyr

For at forbedre og diversificere træningsoplevelsen integrerer vi forskelligt tilbehør såsom bolde, vægte, Pilates-ringe og elastikker. Disse hjælpemidler anvendes for at variere øvelserne og justere intensiteten.

"The Standard Sitting Box" og "Jumpboard"

Vores "Standard Sitting Box" udvider repertoiret af reformer-øvelser med fokus på mave- og rygtræning, mens "Jump Boardet" tilfører en dynamisk og energisk dimension for de mere avancerede brugere.

Professionel instruktion

Vores instruktørteam er nøje udvalgt for deres faglige ekspertise og dedikation til personlig vejledning. Vi tilbyder et omfattende program af klasser, herunder dedikerede begynderhold, hvor nye medlemmer modtager en grundig introduktion til reformerens funktionalitet og tilpassede øvelser.

Priser og vilkår:

REFORMER TRÆNING

  • Reformer træning                                                                             Kr. 500, - (a’ 60 min)

Faste eksklusive forløb af 3 mdr. varighed:

  • forløb, med 1 fast træning per uge                                              Kr. 450, - per gang

  • forløb, med 2 faste træninger per uge                                       Kr. 400, - per gang

Faktureres for 3 mdr. ad gangen.

 

Personlig træning

  • Personlig træning i reformer 1:1                                                   Kr. 1.200, - per gang​

 

Træningssokker er obligatorisk at medbringe til reformer træning for at sikre et bedre greb og stabilitet på maskinen under træningen. â€‹

​Regler for afbud og træning
Afbud: Hvis du bliver nødt til at aflyse, skal det ske mindst 24 timer i forvejen. Ellers vil du blive opkrævet fuld pris for sessionen, og hvis du er i gang med et forløb vil det koste en træning. Afbud skal foretages i vores bookingsystem.

Forsinkelser: Ved mere end 10 minutters forsinkelse bliver din træning aflyst, og du skal betale den fulde pris.

Mødetid: Ankom venligst 10 minutter før din træning starter.
